Mission Statement

We are dedicated to creating the most open, most innovative and highest quality language learning environment in the world through using resources wisely and growing with each other. The measure of our progress will be the satisfaction of our staff, our students and our clients.

Objectives and Goals

To Be Innovative	Launching one new course every year. Spending at least 5% of teaching hours on writing new curriculum.
To Raise Quality	Conducting a minimum of four professional workshop days for teachers and staff a year. Dedicating at least 10% of operating profits to teacher and staff resources.
To Wisely Use	Using 100% recycled paper in the office and school. Using less than 12 sheets of paper for each full time student per month (including all administration, marketing, waste and recycling).
To Grow	Helping at least 75% of our business partners increase sales to us by at least 5%. Giving free support, counselling and advice for all existing and former students.
To Be Open	Guaranteeing that average net tuition prices are the same for every student regardless of nationality or race. Ensuring that agency commission rates do not differ more than 5%.
To Be Satisfied	Attaining an 80% or higher staff evaluation of the school Attaining a 90% or higher student evaluation of the teachers. Attaining an 80% or higher business partner evaluation of our school. Maintaining a 99% satisfaction rate of our organization.
